Burger King Explains Net Neutrality and Announces Their Bid for 2020 Presidential Campaign
What is net neutrailty? Defined as: “is the principle that governments should mandate Internet service providers to treat all data on the Internet the same, and not discriminate or charge differently by user, content, website, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or method of communication.” But, forget net neutrality for a sentence or two. Burger King may no longer be in contention for the best (or most edible) fast food burger in the world, but there is still one race they could win.
That’s right, I’m calling for Burger King to make a run at the Presidency in 2020. For a second, just imagine a man dressed in medieval clothing, whilst wearing a shit-eating grin on his face. No, I did not just describe our current president. I described our next one. The Burger King himself. Why? Well, the fast-food giant has finally been able to explain net neutrality to consumers (ironically after its repeal). The “prank” below perfectly illustrates net neutrality with American’s Favorite Pastime: Food. And not just food, but the Whopper. If only we didn’t have to pay for “Making Burgers Per Second.” It’s amazing that when you apply net neutrality to things like a Whopper and Chicken Fries, people will actually understand. As Burger King says, “The Internet should be like the Whopper: the same for everyone.”
So, enjoy Whopper Neutrality.
